I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had with the Crash champions team during my recent car accident. From the very first interaction, the kindness and empathy displayed by the lady on the phone were truly remarkable. She was well-informed and understanding of the stressful situation I was going through. The team's consistent follow-up and regular updates on the progress of my car's repairs were immensely helpful. It provided me with a sense of ease and confidence, knowing exactly what was happening every step of the way. This level of communication was truly invaluable. I must also commend the team on their craftsmanship. My car looks better than ever, as if it were brand new. The attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional results are truly commendable. Words cannot express how grateful I am to all of you for the incredible job you do. Your outstanding work not only restored my car but also allowed me to navigate through a challenging few weeks with ease. I would highly recommend your location to anyone without hesitation. Although I hope to not require your services again anytime soon, I will definitely return if the need arises. Thank you all for making it possible for me to enjoy the rest of the holidays despite the unfortunate car accident.

I will start by saying do not go here. I went for a roof repair due to weather damages and when I picked my truck up it had other damages. The paint job on the roof was poorly done, the roof railing was loose, the doors had chips as if they just swung doors open without paying attention. The passenger door had a gap, meaning it was not aligned correctly. The windshield wipers has paint splatter. The screen was pixelated with poor resolution. They’re response was you have lifetime warranty so come back and drop it off so we can fix, like we just have spare time to do these things. If you have other options, seek those before coming to this place.

PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP!!! I entrusted them with my car, expecting professional and timely service. Unfortunately, what I encountered was only a series of unmet promises and a baffling lack of urgency. Over the course of 5+ months, I have been given multiple completion dates, each passing without any progress on my car. Each time I call, I am met with excuses and yet another false promise. This continuous cycle of delays and lack of communication is not only frustrating but also an inconvenience on my family and I. I understand that unexpected issues can arise in automotive repair, but the consistent lack of transparency and accountability from Crash Champions is unacceptable. The failure to prioritize my vehicle’s repair, even after repeated follow-ups, questions their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Therefore, I advice people to avoid this repair shop at all costs! The quality of service I’ve received thus far has been below standard, marked by a disheartening disregard for customer time and trust. To this day, I’m still waiting for my vehicle to be repaired.

Beware of scammers. They ruined my whole car and left me stranded the moment I took my car out of the shop. Then they tell me they don't know to fix what they broke and you’re on your own. Cut up all the wires under my car and left it hanging thinking I wouldn’t see it since it’s under my car. Thanks Update to your review: Great pointless robotic response, yes we contacted you and showed you guys what was wrong and you said you didn’t know how to fix what you broke. Also took over $5,000 to fix a little dent on my bumper and cut off all the sensors and left wires and sensors hanging. Already contacted my lawyer about this scam.

I would not recommend this particular Champions unless it is for something simple. I brought my car in for repair after a passenger side accident. For the most part, they did a good job on what should have been easy. When I picked up my car about 1.5 weeks after drop off, I realized that there were some clips/cover missing from my car, the paint on the bumper was overlapping on textured plastic, and my doors were misaligned. They needed to order the missing cover so it took about 3+ weeks for that to arrive. Regarding my bumper, I was told it came pre-taped from the manufacturer but it is a brand new bumper and they did not double check the tape before they painted it. You would think that if the bumper is brand new it would be painted to look like it was brand new. When I dropped off my car for the 2nd time, I was offered a loaner car and had to ask for one which I was told that there were none available despite it not being my fault that I had to bring my car back. I had walked about half a block away before they called me to come back because luckily someone brought back a loaner. Fast forward to a little over a week later and I go to pick up my car. My doors were less misaligned but still off and the paint on the bumper was still unacceptable. I've accepted if this is the best the shop can do, I cannot be inconvenienced for any longer to get back bad work. I decided to post this review for those with newer cars like mine. If you get in to an accident or need repair work done, look to a different shop or different Crash Champions.
